<p>Platform21 is a design platform aiming to positively influence the relationship between user and product.</p>

<p>Through our projects we question today’s society, connect amateur and professional creativity, reveal the making process, and stimulate dialogue and the sharing of creative knowledge. <br/> We believe that showing and sharing the process of creation is a powerful way to engage a broad audience in divers aspects of design. It opens up the assumption that design is a professionals’ creative discipline only.</p> <p>Since 2006 we have been using a former, round chapel in Amsterdam as our public laboratory. Here we have initiated and organised exhibitions, research projects, workshops, lectures, discussions and club nights.</p> <p>Would you like to know more, do you have a question or a suggestion? <p>Platform21 is een designplatform dat de relatie tussen gebruiker en product positief wil beïnvloeden.</p>

<p>Met onze projecten bevragen we de hedendaagse maatschappij, verbinden we de creativiteit van amateurs met die van professionals, en maken het maakproces zichtbaar. Zo stimuleren we dialoog en het delen van creatieve kennis. <br/> Wij geloven dat het laten zien en delen van het creatieve proces een effectieve manier is om een breed publiek te betrekken bij verschillende aspecten van design. Het haalt de veronderstelling onderuit dat design een creatieve discipline voor enkel professionals is. </p> <p>Sinds 2006 gebruiken we een oude kapel in Amsterdam als publiek laboratorium. Hier initiëren en organiseren wij tentoonstellingen, onderzoeksprojecten, workshops, lezingen, discussies en clubavonden.</p> <p>Wil je meer weten, heb je een vraag of een suggestie?
