Peugeot Moovie
Glass bubble for the city
With his Moovie, André Costa won the third Peugeot Design Contest in 2005. The contest’s theme – design the Peugeot of your dreams for the immediate future – resulted in this vision of a predominantly glass vessel accommodating two passengers.
The occupants are in perfect harmony with the vehicle, protected by its structure yet not cut off from the outside world. Moovie sits on two wheels and two adjustable spheres, which give it great agility in all situations. Its generous glass surface provides a panoramic view of the outside world and makes it easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces. Ideal for town use, Moovie would also suit open spaces perfectly.
Moovie was made into a full-scale concept car for exhibition at the Frankfurt Auto Show in 2005.
